Melanie Corlett is the Founder and Owner of Sydney's First Women-Focused Strength & Conditioning Facility, Women of Treign and is also a new bad ass mama to sweet Emmelyn Audrey. 

Mel and I met in our last semester of university abroad in Sydney, Austraila and although we had a bit of a rocky start to our friendship which you'll hear about in this episode, it's evident that we came into each other's lives for a reason.
