I've been a health nut for as long as I can remember, excitedly enjoying hummus and carrots at the mere age of 12, until I was faced with anorexia shortly after. While my physical experience with an eating disorder was short lived, the mental effects stuck around for quite some time which evolved into 10 years of disordered eating. 

In this episode, we take a trip down memory lane to reflect on those years, how I overcame it and how it brought me to where I am today as a Holistic Nutritionist and a Disordered & Emotional Eating Coach.
